Dhany Marlen

Director

Dhany Marlen is the founder of DMP and an accomplished Indonesian business leader with over two decades of expertise in the marine transportation and energy sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Indonesia and a Master of Management from Gadjah Mada University. Before founding DMP, Dhany served as Head of Marine and Transport at CNOOC SES Ltd and Vice President of Business Development at Newport Marine Services, where he honed his logistics and corporate leadership skills. A multifaceted professional, he has also contributed to academic research in food security and corporate management, and pursued creative endeavours in music and film. Marlen’s diverse background reflects his commitment to innovation and excellence in business and community service.

Ruby Leepel

Operations Director

Ruby Leepel is the Operations Director of PT Dinamika Mandiri Perdana (DMP). With 15+ years of experience across Indonesia and Timor-Leste, she leads end-to-end project delivery—from design and budgeting to mixed-methods evaluations and evidence-based reporting. Ruby specializes in program design-monitoring and evaluation, proposal and report writing, disaster risk reduction, and community-based development, and is known for translating multi-stakeholder insights into clear, actionable recommendations. At DMP, she oversees operations, quality assurance, and team development while strengthening partnerships with government, NGOs, donors, and the private sector to deliver high-impact, on-time, and donor/client-compliant results.
